Jenex Aero Outrigger

The outriggers improve the stability of the Aero Combi 150SC. The aero wheels provide a smooth ride while the outrigger provides stability. Only very skilled skiers can classic on the Aero 150SC without outriggers. Generally only one outrigger is required per ski, mounted on the outside of the ski. Two can be mounted to each ski for greater stability.

As the skill level increases, the outriggers can be rotated away from the ground so they provide stability only when the ski is substantially tipped. When the skill level has increased sufficiently, the outriggers can be removed.
